It is very important to be able to add a nice border to the background of your table. Sometimes though you may only want to have a surrounding border and no grid lines between the rows. Here is how to do that. No CSS Cascading Style Sheet Magic is needed. Just a combination of 2 tables. One with a background color of black and the table that will hold your content which we will make white. This is Netscape compatible and Internet Explorer compatible.
